- Managing inbound and outbound calls related to the customer, foodman, restaurant, merchant and rider in a very effective manner. - Identifying users needs, clarifying information and providing satisfactory solutions. - Collecting positive reviews from customers. - Reviewing & monitoring rider's performance, identifying training requirements. - Replying customer queries on company's assigned channels (ZENDESK). - Coordinating with respective departments to ensure timely customer product delivery. - Keeping the record of all conversations in the call center database – CRM. - Encouraging people to work with us as a freelancer. - Maintain to complete monthly KPI target
