Competition Analysis, what we are doing well in terms of competition and what are the areas in which the competition has gone ahead or come up with an innovative method etc. Visit warehouses in the region and find out whether the warehouse hygiene and safety standards are being met or not. Whether Battery segregation and proper layering is being done or not. Whether FIFO is being followed or not. Also, a random audit of two or three types of batteries will be done to see whether the SAP entries are updated or not.
