Built DCB Bank's Retail Agri franchise — Tractor Finance and Kisan Credit Card — from a blank page, holding both product ownership and credit authority on the same portfolio. No inherited book, no existing playbook, no precedent inside the bank. That dual mandate — P&L and credit policy on one franchise — is how you build products that actually perform in the field. Every credit structure I designed had to work commercially: harvest-linked repayment schedules, seasonal income-based loan sizing, customer profiling for first-time rural borrowers where standard templates don't apply. The franchise is now the bank's largest non-mortgage Agri & Inclusive Banking book and the core engine for PSL sub-target compliance across Agriculture and Small & Marginal Farmer categories. Credit quality maintained through multiple agri-stress cycles. Now taking this franchise paperless. As DCB Bank's RBIH Nodal Officer, I'm building the digital origination architecture — a API gateway integrating RBIH/ULI services feeding into a straight-through processing pipeline. LOS live on Tractor Finance; KCC and SME digital journeys under development. Early Warning System operational for pre-delinquency management across the Agri book.
