Sawita is Managing Partner at MSC Law. She focuses on capital markets and securities, corporate governance, board advisory and mergers & acquisitions in the power, corporate, infrastructure real estate and telecommunications sectors. She has over 20 years of experience in advising clients on capital markets and securities legal matters in Thailand. Her work has assisted many clients in diverse industries including property developers, food processors and airlines, and she has counseled in relation to initial public offerings on domestic and international markets under Rule 144A/Regulation S, the Rules and Regulations of the SGX-ST and Singapore Code of Corporate Governance 2012 as well as those required by the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).Sawita has been recognized by Asia-Pacific Legal 500 as Next Generation Lawyer in the areas of Corporate Governance and Capital Market in 2016, 2017 and 2018 respectively, and as Next Generation Partner in the area of Capital Market in 2019.
