- Organizing production of furniture - Close collaborate with designers and costumers - Prepare technological and constructive documentations (3D models, assemblies, operation lists) - Maintains required manufacturer certification - Calculate production costs and price of product and ensure all reporting is completed in a timely fashion

- Played a key role in the start-up of production at the newly established Kronospan plant in Serbia - Contributed to what was at that time one of the largest industrial investments in Serbia - Led particleboard production with responsibility for process stability, quality and operational performace. -Identifying and implementing new manufacturing technology, processes or equipment -Monitor or measure manufacturing processes to identify ways to reduce losses, decrease time requirements or improve quality. -Select material quantities or processing methods needed to efficient production -Calculation and optimization of production costs and budget control. -Presenting new products to costumers and dealing with any costumer complaint investigations or product issues. -Working with suppliers on quality issues and product ideas.

As quality control engineer my responsibilities are: -Testing wood based panels in accordance with EN standards -Giving certificates to companies in Serbia -Teaching and helping students with exams
