Responsible for End to End Recruitment Cycle. * Identify and secure job opportunities within Organizations. Attract candidates and successfully place them for jobs. * Source suitable vacancies in line with company policies, client's requirement & best fill the Vacancy. * Screening the CV's of the candidates. * Identify and attract candidates using all appropriate methods to satisfy job requirements. * Shortlist and present suitably qualified applicants against defined job vacancies * Manage the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the client, candidate and internal teams.

Responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates, screening resumes, short listing, coordinating interviews and offers and follow up on offered candidates to ensure joining on the same. Identifying and networking with potential employee sources including maintenance of Database. Briefing the candidates about the job profile, salary package, organization, etc Manage offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations up to offer acceptance/decline. Target oriented and able to close the positions in the stipulated time period. Involved in recruiting and mentoring new team members. Handling joining documentation in the company Employee Training and Development within the organization. Maintaining Recruitment Tracker and employee database

Roles & Responsibilities: • Conducting Training Need Analysis at various sites of L&T Constructions, B&F IC across the country. • Developing Training Modules based on the critical issues faced by the employees at the site. • Assisting in Conducting and Delivering the Training Sessions to the staff. • Evaluation and Follow-up to check the effectiveness of the Training Programs. Projects: 1. Effectiveness of OD Intervention Process conducted at L&T Constructions, B&F IC.
