I was very young and inexperienced when I joined as a teacher in this school. Having said that,I managed to build a strong with my beloved students and my colleagues. I didn't took time for me to realize that the students here were having a lot of problem in comprehending English language and basic Math. It was this time when I gave up my preparation for competitive exams and focused only on their overall development and honing my teaching skills. Soon I realized that in today's era, teaching is not just about standing in the class and delivering what is there in the book ! it is even more than that.
