Being part of IT Project Management, I play a key role in End to End Delivery of assigned projects with focus on cost, time and quality. Identify key stakeholders and team members for projects. Finalize the development approach to be followed (Waterfall / Agile). Project planning and tracking on tools like Jira / MS Project. Document project actions, risks, issues and maintain the repository. Sharing project progress and updates with Project Steering Committee. I have also played key role in delivering BAU requirements. Additionally, I have also worked as Scrum Master for couple of teams.

Worked as SAP SECURITY & BASIS Consultant at Infosys Limited. Project Details: Client : ABB Limited., Role : SAP Security & Basis Consultant Duration : March 2014 to till date. ABB is a leader in power and automation technologies that enable utility and industry customers to improve their performance while lowering environmental impact with 17000+ end users. The scope of the project is to provide SAP Basis/Security support and Database administration 24x7 for various system landscapes of the client and ensure continuous and uninterrupted availability of the system also ensure security compliance with processes and controls. Roles and Responsibilities: • Performed User Administration, Role Administration, Created and Maintained Composite and Derived Roles, Trouble-shooting Authorizations, Monthly Audit Reports and Housekeeping Monitoring Activities. • Handled Complete Roll-outs. • User lock-unlock activity in an SAP system during maintenance activity and mass user management. • Ticket monitoring using solman ticketing tool. • Handling Incident, change, Problem management tickets. • Performed User Management like Creation, Deletion, locking, unlocking of single users using SU01 and mass users using SU10. • Created Groups and assigned to users. • Analyzing SU53 screenshots to debug the Authorization Problems. • Transporting the changes through STMS_IMPORT Transaction. • Worked on service market place tasks like developer key and object key generation, system connection opening to SAP etc. • Knowledge of eCATT (SeCATT) Scripts and SU10 for mass changes. • Creating OSS user ID’s and granting necessary authorizations to them.

Completed intermediate Training on Basics of OOP, Java, RDBMS, SQL, PLSQL, SE. Completed Training on SAP BASIS and Basics of SAP ABAP.
