Responsibilities are as follows: -Organizing innovative conception designs, working drawings & presentations and reviewing BOQs -Advising the personnel on effective working of drawings and settling down related queries & uncertainties -Coordination with international team of consultants, such as structure (BASE, USA) and MEP (thinkBIM) & Façade India, Landscape (Integral), VT strategy( Matrix), Parking (Secure park) and so on. Projects Handled: -WCC- Wave City Center, Metro Mart - Parcel 3L: Sector-32, Noida,UP, India ( 52 Lac Sqfts approx)- Mixed Use Development with Multi Level Car Parking -WCC- Wave City Center, parcel 3J: Sector-32, Noida,UP, India, Mixed Use development (Adenia & Elegantia)- Shop cum offices, Studio Apartments & 2BHK units

Preparing project’s Concept design, graphical presentations using Photoshop, sketch up, PowerPoint, etc, finalizing architectural design intent, preparation of Authority approval documents, construction drawings, coordination of structures, MEP, Infrastructure and other service consultants, vendor finalization, façade details, completion drawings/ documents, etc.

The main roles here are to develop concepts for the designs, preparation of submission drawings, to participate in the meeting with DFS office, DUAC, NDMC, etc., i.e. release of sanction plans from statutory authorities, to visit sites, keeping the track of construction at site, providing up to date working drawings on site, to instruct junior staff in the office for works to be performed, etc. Projects dealing with: 1. Multi level car parking cum Commercial for Unity Group,New Delhi 2. Co-ordination of services & architecture in r/o 109 Acres EMGF-Marbella community site (Residential, Housing, Commercial, Schools, Hospitals, etc.), 3. Renovation of Hotel Tower and Construction of proposed underground Multilevel Puzzle Parking at “The Oberoi” New Delhi, 4. Proposed Malaysian High Commission at Chanakyapuri, New Delhi, 5. Proposed ACC Business Park at Okhla, New Delhi 6. Proposed Residence at Kautilya Marg, New Delhi
