* Part of a cohort of students chosen each year to take part in an intensive DDI seminar series and then travel to sites of historical and contemporary importance to the experience of race in America. We explore critical issues that are impacted by race and race relations in America, such as race and education * the Asian American achievement paradox * allyship and the politics of solidarity * anti-blackness and the queer rights movement * art and racial resilience * and diversity initiatives.

Working under Internal Vice President in the Legal Clinic Commission to pursue bringing access to legal resources to all students at the University of California Irvine. Several projects include collaborating with on-campus organizations to provide workshops on basic needs like filling out taxes and finding valid legal representation to long term goals of creating an online resource page for UCI students to get legal advice and direct access and funding for attornies.

The Peer Academic Advising Program provides valuable services for all UCI undergraduate students. It is the source of student-to-student academic counseling based not only on academic but also on personal experiences of UCI students.

* Researching memory inflation and misinformation effect and their impacts on trial rulings and eyewitness testimonies. * Assist with coding data as well as running experiments/ trials * Working in Professor Loftus’s Psychology and Law lab under the supervision of graduate assistant Jillian Kenchel

* Serving as the Human Relations Chief * Mentor and assist students who are interested in the field of Law * Help put together networking events with law schools and lawyers, internship and mentorship programs with the UCI law school, and fundraising events.

Selected to serve as a liaison between the Campuswide Honors Program (CHP) and prospective students and their families. - Effectively communicate with a range of audiences as a panelist to over 400 people, authoring a blog, and using multimedia source to promote the CHP.

* Worked as a teaching assistant for the Saturday Academy of Law, a program that is committed to creating a more diverse legal field. * duties entailed helping gifted and minority 9th-grade students understand the law and their rights. * Worked with the Santa Ana school district, as well as lawyers and judges from the Irvine area.

A highly selective honors program at UC Irvine that requires rigorous coursework and focuses on a wide breadth of interdisciplinary studies ranging from sciences to philosophy. Completion of the program includes senior capstone/thesis project.
