• Worked on the tender submission of the Bahrain Steel Project (110 MW) ➢ Build the model in Excel for multiple options (Ground mount, solar only, etc) ➢ Optimized the model to achieve desired tariff and IRRs. ➢ Incorporated various funding options to assess their impact on project performance and returns. • Worked on Complex forecast models of the company which involved adding new SPVs/ assets, updating the model with new funding, actuals update etc. • Collaborated with a diverse range of clients across various markets, such as Aldar, MAF, ASEZA,GID etc. • Delivered tailored analysis and insights for key stakeholders, such as Actis, IMF, Mitsui, and others, responding to specific requests. • Working with different internal stakeholders i.e. Credit Risk team, BD team, Accounting team to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.

Worked on the model build of PPP Saudi transaction “Tanajib Residential Camp Extension,” which includes expansion of current housing facility and addition of new community facilities. ➢ Build the model in excel from scratch as per FAST modeling standards and as per RFP requirements. ➢ Analyzed results and impact of various scenarios and financing terms to understand and make the model more competitive. ➢ Interacted with different parties involved in the transaction (sponsors, auditors, contractors, and client). ➢ Preparation of sponsor’s model and bid model. • Worked on PPP infrastructure transaction “Aramco Haradh & Wyudahi Housing” of KSA, which includes construction, operation, financing, and transfer of residential compound. • Worked on various other deals like Scaling solar 3 -100MW (selected as preferred bidder) in Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan Wind -500 MW (Ongoing deal), Mozambique Hydro -1500 MW (selected as preferred bidder) etc. • Worked on various operational models to monitor the actuals, budgeted, forecasted financial statements, and analyze various outputs of projects. • Prepared and delivered assumptions book and user guide of multiple projects.
