As a drone hobbyist, sometimes my drones break during flight, and buying them is costly and has an extended shipping time. So I've decided to design parts that are optimized for 3D printing.

RELATED COURSE PROJECTS : • 3D printer enhancement: took a cheap 3D printer and improved it by writing scripts in C++ that would process and analyze 2D images fed from a webcam to both detect a failed print and calibrate the printer head. • Robotic manipulator simulation: Used the RobotDk software to run a simulation for a KUKA IIWA14 manipulator used by a Canadian Company, ingenia technologies in order to automate a drilling station. • RC car build: Designed, Built, and programmed an RC car using two Arduino Microcontrollers along with a two RF transmitter and an infrared sensor and 3D printed parts communicating with a laptop driven using a C++ script. • Double Inverted Pendulum on Cart: Designed an LQR controller using Simulink to balance a double-jointed pendulum upright on a cart driven by a DC motor using input data from optical encoders to measure the joints angle of deflection.

- Slashed customer feedback processing/reporting time after applying natural language processing, artificial neural networks, and linear regression models to label, categorize, and sort reports by topic or urgency. - Decreased customer data collection time by developing a tool that extracts customers’ social media handles off Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook APIs.

- Improved market share by securing a new revenue stream in the engine oil market and launching a company dashboard to visualize 7 helicopter market segments.

Boston University rocket team Mark4 I was part of the Mark 4 engine division at the Boston University rocket team, where I designed and Machined the Oxidizer tank and Engine bulkhead. The oxidizer tank stores the liquid fuel portion of the Hybrid engine that powered the Mark 4 engine. I designed and ran simulations to ensure it can withstand high pressure and finally machined the part.
