► Perform all project managerial duties as the Superintendent and Superintendent’s Representative of the project and as defined under the building contract on a range of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects valued up to USD$160M. Assume ownership and accountability for delivery of allocated project scope. ► Plan and deliver each project/sub-project work area according to contracted requirements by managing project scope, budget, and schedule issues through project lifecycle to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery. Conduct site visits and site inspections to check construction quality. ► Assist in preparing a Project Execution Plan as the governing document to establish the means to execute, monitor, and control the project and serve as the main communication vehicle to ensure that all stakeholders are aware of the project objectives and how they need to be accomplished. ► Assess the methodology statements, execution plans of works, and sections in line with the contractual technical requirements such as relevant codes and standards and specifications. ► Contribute to the development of the Project Management Information System through Microsoft SharePoint to serve as a repository for the principal-controlled documents and records database for communication interfaces between all stakeholders to organize, control and evaluate project progress. ► Plan & organize monthly coordination meetings between owners, architects design team, contractor’s engineers, and project management team to resolve constructability issues. ► Produce and submit the finance/budget reports and summaries with respect to time-bases while maintaining operational lines of communication with all relevant stakeholders. ► Control the schedule by effectively comparing the planned vs actual progress using sophisticated techniques of “Earned Value Management”. ► Evaluate and review contractor schedules spanning across 1000 calendar days.

► Site: Emerald Bay, Dwarka Expressway, Gurgaon (9Nos G+30/44 Towers) As a Site Engineer, I was mainly responsible for the implementation and compliance with the project quality plan. I worked closely with the Project Manager to ensure that we were on track in meeting construction goals. I ensured compliance with specifications and plans with the execution procedures. In this role, I identified hold points of the site and prepared for its clearance through effective site management. I also handled the management of non-conformance reports. I played a vital role in estimation of materials and other resources required to complete the project. Additionally, I regularly attended team meetings, and provided frequent site progress reports to the Project Manager. I ensured that test registers were up to date, and the implementation of the Inspection and Test Plans. Moreover, I was responsible for the compliance of basic safety parameters on site, and carrying out finishing works for the showcase apartment. Duties; ► Effectively executed duties as a Site Engineer for one of the G+30 storeys high rise tower, resulting in being assigned to 2 more high rise towers with broadening of scope into services such as fire & plumbing. ► Designed optimum cutting schedule for the floor marble, which resulted in curbing of wastage by 1.5%. ► Collaborated with project manager and ensured all project goals were met. Identified hold points and prepared for their clearance through effective site management. ► Ensured conformity with specifications and quality plans with the execution procedures. Accountable and responsible for implementation of finishing works relating to sample apartment (showcase apartment). ► Conducted team meetings and frequently updated project manager with the site progress reports. Ensured the implementation & documentation of the Inspection Test Plans & basic safety parameters on site.

► Site: PNB Headquarters Project in Dwarka (New Delhi). Built-up Area: 7,50,000 sqft As a Graduate Engineer, I was mainly responsible in overseeing operations in collaboration with the Project Manager to ensure that all goals were met. I identified hold points of the site and prepared for its clearance. Additionally, I handled the management of non-conformance reports. I ensured compliance with specifications and plans with the execution procedures. Aside from these, I prepared the Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and projection of steel requirement. I also executed Pile Foundations, RCC Structure (Using Aluminium S-Form shuttering), VDF/Tremix and IPS Flooring, Block Masonry, External Rendering, Plumbing, Waterproofing of Sunken Areas while managing subcontractors & in-house skilled labour force. Moreover, I carried out checking and vetting of subcontractor bills. ► Key Achievements ► Successfully absorbed by the company as a full-time employee within the first half of the probation period. Decreased the reinforcement wastage by 0.4% by optimizing the cut-lengths. ► Executed Pile Foundations, RCC Structure (Using Aluminium S-Form Formwork), VDF/Tremix & IPS Flooring, Block Masonry, External Rendering, Plumbing, Waterproofing of Sunken Areas.

► Site: M2K Corporate Park & Shopping Plaza (Mayfield Garden, Sec 51, Gurgaon) This internship gave me an on-site exposure of testing of concrete (slump cone test, cube test), layout of columns, reference level transfer and checking the reinforcement of columns and beams.

► Site: Ansal’s Essencia (140 Acre Township on Golf Course Extension Road, Sec 67, Gurgaon) This internship enhanced my knowledge in the practical aspects of excavation, shuttering, concreting, construction of stub columns to the plinth beam, checking of services (eg conduit pipes, fan-boxes etc) prior to casting of concrete.

► Completed four year Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from SRM University in 2014 (1st Class with Distinction CGPA: 8.563). SRM University’s Civil Engineering program is an ABET accredited course. The initial three years of the degree program concentrate on imparting strong technical understanding of Civil Engineering subjects. The final year focus on Advanced Construction Techniques, and Earthquake Resistant & Special Structures. On-site trainings also form a vital component of the final year. ► Final Semester Project: Analysis of plastic roads and comparison of the same with usual bitumen roads on the basis of performance and cost parameters using KENPAVE software. ► Internship/In Plant Training: The in-plant trainings were at “Essencia” (Development of 140 Acre Township in Gurgaon) & “M2K Corporate Park & Shopping Plaza”, Gurgaon.
