Was on educational leave to pursue an MBA degree at Cornell University on Cornell Tech campus, fully-sponsored by Telkom Indonesia through GPSP Scholarship.

Responsible in leading the team and managing the process of fulfillment and deployment for mobile services and networks, specifically for wholesale customers. Key projects: •5G Service Roll-out Supervised the implementation of 5G service for Telkomsel across Greater Jakarta. •3G Service Deactivation Managed the deactivation process of 3G service of Telkomsel across Greater Jakarta. •Fiberization Projects Led a strategic fiberization project for Telkomsel, to serve mobile services and connectivity across Greater Jakarta, including the rural areas.

Responsible for maintaining quality and assurance of mobile services and networks, specifically for wholesale customers. Key projects: •Network Audit Established a strategic partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Informatics of Indonesia, to audit microwave networks and all network licenses. •Data Validation and Digitization Spearheaded data validation and digitization for mobile services and networks, to improve overall quality and assurance process.

Handled administrative and general support for SMARTech (Strategy for Media, Art, Retail Technology) Weekends intensive course.

Majoring in Telecommunications Transmission and specialized in Optical Communication System. Dedicated myself as a Laboratory Assistant at Optical Communication System Laboratory, and assisted fellow students in Laboratory activities, trainings, and study groups. Actively participated in trainings and certification, such as Optical Fiber Training and Huawei Certified Network Associate (HCNA).
