I leverage my expertise in Workable and Workday recruiting software to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring cycle. I have a strong background in talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement, with over four years of experience in the information technology and consulting industry. I have successfully recruited talent for multiple roles and levels, across various domains and geographies, using different channels and platforms. Handled basic HR operations such as onboarding, induction, and exit formalities, as well as employee engagement activities such as feedback surveys, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives. Passionate about learning and developing my skills in HR management and analytics, which is why I pursued a professional certificate program from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, after completing a post graduate program in management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. I also hold a bachelor of technology degree in computer science from KL University, which gives me an edge in understanding the technical requirements and competencies of the candidates.
