I am currently serving as the Head of Mechanical Division at Aterkia Roboboat, where I lead the mechanical development of an autonomous boat prototype from the design stage to production. My role includes hull and structural design, carbon fiber composite manufacturing, and ensuring the mechanical reliability of the vessel. As a division head, I am responsible for defining the mechanical work framework, planning task distribution, and managing budgeting to ensure efficient use of resources. I also oversee the integration of mechanical systems to support autonomous operations, including propulsion systems and structural accommodation for onboard autonomous equipment. Through this role, I develop leadership, project management, and hands-on engineering skills while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

As part of the Education and Research Division, I design and implement adaptive training programs to enhance the academic and research capabilities of naval architecture students. My responsibilities include: • Creating and coordinating structured training sessions focused on marine technology, scientific writing, and research methodologies • Managing training administration, including scheduling, documentation, and participant engagement • Collaborating with peers, lecturers, and guest speakers to deliver impactful and timely educational experiences • Promoting a research-oriented culture through mentoring, internal workshops, and academic competitions Through this role, I aim to cultivate a strong foundation for students to engage in critical thinking, innovation, and problem-solving in the maritime field.

• Manage the autonomous ship design team and create full-scale 1:1 prototypes of the designs. Play a key role in developing environmentally friendly and performance-driven autonomous ship design innovations that support the prototype's independent movement. • Create automatic ship designs in 3D using software and conduct performance analysis, from stability assessments to evaluating the ship's resistance. • Oversee the production of automated ship prototypes using molding techniques with fiberglass and resin to enhance the strength of the ship's structure. • Design an optimal ship propulsion system to support independent movement, tailored to the configuration of the ship's hull shape.

Become an automated ship design specialist and assist in creating a complete prototype of the ship according to the design.

Create ship designs for international competitions and also conduct analyses on these designs.
