Currently leading data analysis and migration strategy for the transition from Projectmates to Pro- core. Conducted deep functional analysis of both platforms despite the absence of formal documentation, developing comprehensive data mapping for both historical data migration and future system integra- tions.
Identied and resolved signicant data quality challenges within the legacy Projectmates system, which previously lacked integration controls. Performed extensive data validation and reporting to uncover inconsistencies and incomplete records, and designed transformation logic to ensure clean and structured data preservation and enabling reliable reporting in the new system.
Led analytics and data platform initiatives supporting the migration of on-premise Floor Planning and Planogram systems to SaaS solutions including Blue Yonder and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Part- nered with engineering, merchandising, and operations teams to ensure data availability and reporting continuity for store planning and assortment analytics across 940+ stores, supporting revenue-critical store operations.
Designed and executed the migration of 20+ years of historical analytics data from on-premise MSSQL 2008R2 to GCP BigQuery, enabling scalable querying and advanced analytics. Built data extraction and pipeline work ows using PowerShell, Apache NiFi, and Cloud Functions, and governed datasets through Data Asset Registry. Successfully migrated 26 large tables with 500M+ average records, im- proving accessibility for reporting, trend analysis, and business intelligence.
Conceptualized the POC to use GCP cloud run and function to develop, containerize, and deploy the Python and BigQuery data as the API endpoint for the entire company.
Supported reporting solution built on Cognos, lookerstudio, BOBJ, Sharepoint for dierent business needs.
Migrated ePDM/Solidworks- 3D CAD Design tool from on-prem to AWS EC2 instance for app server and MSSQL cloud db.
