Operate HR Access: Attendance, Leave, OT, Exit Management, New Joiner formalities, Employee Induction. Customer relation: Make the good relation with customer to keep the services continuously and avoid such any service gape. Transitions: Strong planning with team before raising the new (customer) site and upkeep all the mandatory things like, quality of manpower, proper uniform and all accusers, bulk staff, etc. Staff support (Backend office work): To support the staff through company Metrix to make STTO, PR, GRN, prompt response of customer E:mail or any escalation. Sites visits and report: Visit the site with the site incharge or key person area to area and floor by floor to upkeep the standard and hygiene up to the mark & share the report with client and senior management. Prepare Cleaning Schedule and Follow Up: Cleaning schedule daily, weekly & monthly. Daily walk observation: To improve quality of services daily walk and maintain observation. Risk Assessment, Safety Walk, & Incident Report & Near Miss Report. To keep the environment and staff safety. General Administration: (stationery, Pantry material) requirement and stock maintain at site. Vendor Coordination: Maintain service record, coordination and timeliness of services as per require at site. (Scrap, garbage, pest control, water, building maintenance). Training: Train the staff about grooming, safety, nature of work, handling and uses of machines’ and chemical, Etc.
