 Carry out review of all PIDs, Vendor drawing/documentation - Comment as necessary.  Experience in drafting tool like AutoCAD.  Recording and reporting of commissioning test.  Knowledge of ASME B31.3 and related codes and standards  Involved in start-up and shut down activities of boiler.  Commissioning activities from the Control room like Steam blowing, Safety valve pop test, Load Rejection Test, Runback test, Trip test, Changeover test, Black Start test and inspection activities.  Co-ordinate overall project execution plan to meet the targeted schedule.  Perform inspection of fit –ups and dimensional as per isometric and specifications.  Verification of closed punch items and contact walk through for each completed piping system prior to mechanical acceptance.  Communicator role in Emergencies.  Perform line checking as per hydro test package to ensure that the entire punch list are rectified and corrected completely as per inspector sign off.
