Key Responsibilities & Achievements: Leading engineering & design delivery for a 12MW Data Center project, including critical system design and white space fit‑out targeting PUE 1.3 Ensuring compliance with TIA‑942, Uptime Tier III, LEED, and corporate engineering standards. Managing full engineering workflow: Feasibility → Concept → Basis of Design → Preliminary → Detailed → IFC. Overseeing multi‑disciplinary coordination for all major systems and building components. Ensuring alignment with government regulations, industry codes, client requirements, and project agreements. Supervising capacity calculations, system schematics, equipment block layouts, redundancy philosophy, and master site planning.

2023 – 2025 MEP Manager • Role in design co-ordination with Design consultant to develop design mechanical work an electrical work from preliminary concept design / Detail design / IFC drawing / For construction drawing / Site supervision / site inspection / cooperate with construction team in design change, value engineering for project high rise building, condominium, hotel, mixed-use building, Factory, etc • Role in review design for Bidding and built project for high rise building to pricing Mechanical work and Electrical work / cooperate with technical team support for pricing, to study value engineering for each project, to prepare comparison table to analysis cost MEP subcontractor, supplier, to co-ordinate with expat team to analysis cost compare with benchmark, prepare the quotation to submission, verify, qualify scope of tender projects with technical team and subcontractors partner. • Role in for special project Data center, to review the design RIBA 2/3/4, LLE demarcation matrix, T&C scope for GC, LLE, Client for Bidding and built project to pricing Mechanical work and Electrical work / cooperate with technical team support for pricing, to study value engineering for each project, to prepare comparison table to analysis cost MEP subcontractor, supplier, to co-ordinate with expat team to analysis cost compare with benchmark, prepare the quotation to submission, prepare the MEP execution plan for the project, verify, qualify scope of tender projects with technical team and subcontractors partner.
