Plan, schedule, control preventive & corrective maintenance of Volvo (Trucks, wheel loaders, excavators), Man (Trucks), Komatsu (dozer, excavators), JCB (backhoe loader, telehandlers), Toyota vehicles& Ashok Leyland buses. Management Responsibilities Providing effective and efficient preventive maintenance solutions based on equipment running hours. Regularly reviewing preventive maintenance work with a complete focus on value engineering. Manage, lead and develop the skills of maintenance team in order minimize equipment down time. Workshop Responsibilities Responsible for job flow in the workshop, including scheduling and controlling corrective & preventive maintenance with the help of ERP & FM. Co-ordinate operational and human resource to schedule and manage PMV jobs. Participate in meetings and producing accurate reporting. Supervise the internal paperwork, like (work order or job cards) Ensuring filters and oil availability or requesting if needed to deliver maximum equipment work hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES Perform preventive maintenance including, CAT, Komatsu, Toyota, Mitsubishi, Hino, Kenworth & Mercedes Trucks. Management Responsibilities Providing effective and efficient technical solutions. Regularly reviewing and providing effective, corrective & preventive actions with the complete focus on value engineering. Evaluate the human resources to deliver the required business outcomes. Manage, lead and develop the workshop team. Workshop Responsibilities Responsible for job flow in the workshop including job scheduling. Co-ordinate resources, (operational and human) schedules and activities to manage jobs. Provide oversight and check job estimation, Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. Participate in daily, weekly workshop meetings and producing accurate reporting. Supervise the internal paper work (work orders) made in the workshop with accordance to company requirements. Ensure all aspects of equipment servicing in accordance with FMS procedure

RESPONSIBILITIES Inspection of equipment or related engineering inspection services in a timely manner. Prepare accurate field inspection report documents in accordance with company report templates. Maintain effective customer relations through quality service and by addressing customer concerns management as required. Responsible for the inspection of assigned vehicle and equipments inside workshops. Ensuring the procedure of vehicle movement around various workshops and sites.
