 As a Quality Auditor I will be auditing the calls of TME’s (Telechinical Managing Engineers) & maintaining the MIS and BO reports.  Performed system study and Interacted with the Business users and business analysts to identify and develop business requirements and transform them into technical requirements.  Analysed the existing database and designed the Universe using Business Objects Designer Module.  Involved in resolving the loops and checked the cardinalities and Integrity of the Universes.  Developed report in Deski and Webi.  Created the reports using Business Objects functionalities like Queries, Slice and Dice, Drill down, Cross Tab, Master/Detail and Formulas etc.  Responsible for creation of various reports which includes weekly reports, reports by Group, reports by Product and Sub-product  Webi Reports were created and deployed through Info View.  Explored the Business Objects Report Conversion tool to convert Desktop Intelligence reports to Web Intelligence reports  Exported reports to different formats (Excel, PDF, word) based on the user requirements.
