*Identify and develop all BOQ+SPECS+DRAWINGS to ensure that material fits with local and international standards. *Study all material specification to assure the best price available with approved supplier. *Prepare RFQ to send to supplier/subcontractors to ensure the material is delivered to project site on time. *Evaluate quotations from suppliers/subcontractors based on the data which we sent before throwing RFQ to be sure that it is matching with our specification / price. *Conduct and make comparison sheets between our prices and suppliers prices in case of all specs are equal to revised quotation and ensure materials purchased are in line with the project specifications. *Conduct with stakeholder to ensure all document and certificate samples are valid and approved to deliver material at the site as time schedule. *Conduct with subcontractor for shop drawing for approves technical submittal to ensure the material to start fabrication and installation after getting the approval from consultant and owner. *Following with the accounts department about down payment of POs to ensure the material delivered on time. *Revise the costing for the post tender clarifications received and provide price and technical inputs to generate official purchase order. *Follow up the installation and progress to ensure materials delivered in site with schedule plan. *Solving any problems while supplying or installation of materials to finalize the project on time.

*Take necessary steps to make sure the implementation of QC requirements of the project. *Coordination with consultants and liaise with client's QC representatives on all quality matters. *Prepare inspection requests for civil activities and materials. *Make joint inspection with consultant and client's QC Engineers. *Manage all the records of inspections and testing. Attend the weekly QC meetings. *Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action. *Distribute relevant QC documentation to site subcontractors. *Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC plan. *Issuing site instructions against violations at site. Issuing internal NCR against defect works and their follow up. *Resolving technical issues with employer's representatives, suppliers, subcontractors and statutory authorities. *Computed the time and resources needed for achieving the targets. *Monitored consistently the actual progress of the assigned tasks. *Ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales.

*To prepare plans, specification details, work schedules and procedures in accordance with the approved construction plans. *To conduct jobsite inspection of the purpose of setting up the staging and storage area for with the approved construction plans. *To schedule daily work plan to be organize and strictly implemented to be followed as per project. *To coordinate with all discipline of schedule works and lay down the specific date of the completion period of the contract for construction. *To act and implement discipline on all staff, workers at all time with minimum supervision and assigned every workers according to their skills. *To coordinate with the planning regarding the comparative progress of the work with reference to the project completion time. *To supervise the workers for daily activity and instruct them the proper values and respect for their co-workers at all time. *Ensure that all the works are going without wastage of materials. *Preparing requisitions for different material well in advance. *Check material received and prepare quality reports. *Control any wastage and improve the quality of workmanship. *Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors.
