Led engineering for the chat and voice products at Grab by building a communication platform at scale for all Grab business units.

- Led the SRE and Data Infrastructure team in Shopback, a leading online and offline cashback platform in SEA and Australia - Built an in-house monitoring tool using Prometheus, InfluxDB and Grafana - Worked closely with AWS and made several optimizations to improve stability and cost - Improved the existing infrastructure management on Terraform which made it easier for managing infra.

- Launched and led Freshcaller, a cloud telephony solution for SMBs. - Freshcaller was a 0 to 1 project and I got to architect the product by working closely with the leadership team, GTM teams, business and product owners. - Hired and retained a team of 10 engineers(web, mobile, backend and QA) without whom the success of Freshcaller wouldn't have been possible. - Given that a telephony solution is so critical for companies to support their customers, we built the product with scale and stability in mind from the get-go. - Pivoted the team to work in an Agile mode and Freshcaller was one of the first teams in Freshworks to embrace true agile practices.

- Started at Freshworks(previously Freshdesk) as one of the early employees and got to work on many products before Freshcaller. Major work was on the core ticketing product(Freshdesk) and the Apps team where I built several connectors for bridging Freshdesk with other SaaS products.
