Lead & Manage Supply chain operation unit, Direct control the activities through several manager with in 5 Bussiness Units, Performance matrics, create & execute operational strategic plan, cost reduction, annual budget,cost conttol, develops, coaches and evaluated personel, continous improvement.

- Manage and oversee the day to day performance in the supply chain department - Establish performance indicator for the department based on business objective - Conduct periodic performance appraisal for the staff under his/her department. - Directs and controls warehouse activities to ensure the efficient and economical utilization of facilities for storing and distributing material goods (raw material, semi-finished goods, finished products, tools and packaging materials). - Develop and recommend improvements in warehouse practices to promote efficiency, faster service, and lower costs. - Develop transport schedules, methods and routes; analyze costs; co-coordinating customs clearances and permits; and maintaining, loading, packing, and driving vehicles - Evaluate, select, and manage significant and ongoing relationships with external transport suppliers (3PL) - Develop and implement transport and distribution procedures; monitor the cost and effectiveness of transport and distribution activities to optimize resources, prioritise spending, and achieve volume, timeliness, reliability, and safety standards. - Review and evaluate suppliers’ performance in areas of price, quality and delivery conformance - Ensure that cost negotiation and clearance process of all incoming shipments are done properly with timely shipment arrival.. - Manage and Review production planning based on requirement dates in order to meet customer’s requirement dates - Provide confirmation date to sales team for individual sales order based on production plan -

Maintain System & Bussiness Plan, Manage Procedure in IC Dept, Build System & Procedure For SCM, Build System & Procedure for Order Processing. Manage Inventory Control Department Activities, KPI, Supply Chain, MRP, Review and monitoring of all costing/Budget - Maintain & Manage MIS & Logistic Department - Analize stock to minimize srhinkage. - Supply Chain, Inventory Control, WMS - Maintain the availability of material to ensure the continuity of production process - Monitor the delivery of material and finish goods to guarantee the availability level meet the agreed supply chain - Ensure the inventory turn over to meet required standard - Maintain the relationship with supplier
