• Engage in OPT recruitment activities, focusing on sourcing candidates efficiently within the United States. • Successfully manage a high volume of calls, averaging 30 per day. • Screen resumes and maintain an organized database of candidates. • Utilize various platforms including social media, university sites, and job portals for candidate sourcing. • Specialize in recruiting candidates on F1 (CPT/OPT) and H1 visa status. • Conduct salary negotiations, coordinate interviews, and manage the candidate relationship effectively
