My career journey has been unconventional but deeply enriching. With a background in Mechanical Engineering, I spent years preparing for Civil Services, driven by a passion for making an impact. Along the way, I worked as a Content Developer, honing my research and communication skills, and later as an HR Executive, gaining firsthand experience in HR operations. During this journey, I developed a strong interest in public health, which led me to pursue an MBA in Hospital and Healthcare. My varied background allows me to bring a unique perspective to HR—combining analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and a strong people-first approach.
