Oversee project delivery to ensure client requirements are met on time and within budget. Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and foster strong relationships. Manage team workloads, address challenges, and ensure alignment with client expectations. Identify and mitigate risks, manage change, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders. Define project delivery steps, including tools and methodologies to be utilized. Monitor progress, assess risks, and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders. Lead - Recruitment- Infrastructure Portfolio. Interact with client , hiring managers, project managers, at client site for follow ups on resume submitted, scheduling interviews, and get lead on the upcoming developments on the new project requirements • Hands on control of Candidate’s Submittal Process; sourcing, qualifying, submitting to job, setting up the interviews and providing offer letters. • Utilize Internet searches, database searches, referrals, cold calling to source candidates • Schedule and co-ordinate with Clients for final interviews • Conduct phone screens, and Manage complete interview to-hire process with the hiring client

Manage end to end full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates. • Direct source, screen resumes, perform telephone screen interviews, and interview candidates for referral to managers. • Interacting with clients • Contact active and passive job seekers.
