Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated or JLL is a professional services and investment management company specialising in real estate. My role included the marketing, selection, recruitment and onboarding of all graduates, apprentices, summer interns as well as sandwich placement students into JLL throughout the UK. I sat within the UK Emerging Talent Acquisition & Development team within HR, and was responsible for taking the lead on the end to end recruitment and management of the JLL Apprenticeship Scheme across London, Leeds, Birmingham and Cardiff, managing and building relationships with 30 target universities across the UK; organising undergraduate engagement and attending careers fairs / campus events. I also assisted with the social media and marketing campaign, conducted exit interviews, assisted with the day to day running of the summer internship programme and graduate assessment centres.

Working closely with the partners and consulting staff, I managed all aspects of the recruitment and headhunting process for management consultants from initial contact through to offer stages. This included: assisting in strategy planning; handling applications and CV screening; being the main point of contact for candidates in process; developing relationships with agencies and external headhunters; running attraction events; and managing the offeree process.
