(In 2014) • Coordinated with oversea consultants and tested data. • Trained “e Work applications” to other departments.

(2013-2014) • Reviewed invoices and recorded related transaction. • Prepared payment voucher for approval of payments. • Assist auditors to prepare confirmation letters to related companies. • Reconciled and prepared purchase reports and AP reports. • Full-charge in Accounts Receivable. (2011-2012) • Prepared and recorded invoices/Tax Invoice and receipts. • Monitored Accounts Receivable collection. • Prepared Accounts Receivable reports for management’s review. • Prepared confirmation balance letters to various customers and coordinated with other concerned departments.

Assistant External Auditor Reviewed documents (AP, AR, Cash, etc.) and prepared audit working papers to senior’s review. Audit in varying industries including: hospitality, trading, and manufacturing.

Reviewed the company rules and regulations, working procedure, etc. and prepared summary reports to senior’s review and followed-up to solve next audit.
