In my current role, I orchestrate the end-to-end CSR strategy, ensuring impactful execution across various initiatives such as health, education, and environment. I have developed comprehensive program frameworks that facilitate cross-functional alignment and timely delivery. My focus on governance includes instituting rigorous monitoring and performance management systems, enhancing program effectiveness and transparency. I cultivate high-impact partnerships with stakeholders, driving compliance and employee engagement through structured communication and volunteering programs. Achievements: I have successfully implemented a CSR strategy that has led to measurable community transformation. I established a CSR Steering Committee to enhance governance and compliance, and I have improved employee engagement through targeted communication initiatives. My efforts have resulted in strengthened partnerships with NGOs and government bodies, ensuring the scalability of CSR initiatives.

As a Manager in CSR, I directed operations and strategic governance, overseeing policy formulation and execution of impactful programs. I provided strategic oversight for community development initiatives, ensuring robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks. My role involved forging partnerships with NGOs and government bodies to maximize outreach and program scalability. I led grassroots interventions, enhancing infrastructure and executing flagship initiatives in collaboration with reputed organizations. Achievements: I successfully directed large-scale health camps and improved government school infrastructure. In this role, I spearheaded the design and execution of CSR programs, ensuring alignment with community needs and organizational priorities. I facilitated the enhancement of infrastructure at government schools, closely monitoring their utilization to ensure effectiveness. In addition, I supervised the operations of two primary health centers constructed by our organization for the benefit of the local community. My management of the vocational center was characterized by the provision of employment enhancement skill training programs tailored for youths in and around the Special Economic Zone (SEZ). I also identified job vacancies within SEZ companies and coordinated the placement of local villagers based on their educational qualifications. Furthermore, I evaluated and monitored the financial aid program designated for government schools, while also supplying necessary infrastructure and organizing a variety of skill development training programs for children. My contributions included the successful implementation of environmental initiatives, regular interactions with employees to address their concerns with management, and the compilation of comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports.

Provided infrastructure facilities to Government schools and monitored it. Managed the school run by the foundation at Arani, Tamilnadu. Managed effective fund allocation to NGOs and monitoring the programme. Adroitly administered & managed frequent health camps in different places associated with Sankara Eye Hospital, Vasan Eye Care Hospital, and Hindu Health Mission etc. Geared the initiatives for evaluating the medical assistance requisition forms. Extended support to the poor needy patients. Deftly monitored, audited and evaluated initiatives undertaken. Devised effective strategies for successfully conducting counselling and career awareness session for Government school students, monitoring Adult literacy program and women self-help group program. Independently handled the Employee Volunteering Program, periodic interaction with the employees and addressed their grievance to the management. Set a high standard of accomplishment in regular meetings with Director about evaluation of the projects, preparation of the reports and submission to the management. Organized various training sessions for the team to enhance their performance. Facilitated awareness programs for general community and Support Group Meeting on any government’s Programme. Responsible for HIV/AIDS counselling (one to one session) and also Help line counselling (through telephone). Interfaced and coordinated with various NGOs, Social Enterprises and Government departments. Judiciously conducted training on counselling to junior counsellors. Credited for organizing rehabilitation programme for HIV/AIDS victims.

Accountable for SHG formation, conducting meetings, regular monitoring and evaluation. Actively involved in conducting Adult literacy program in addition to monitoring Health programs in partnership with local hospitals for slum people. Recognized for coordinating Education projects for the children belonging to class 1 to class 8. Responsible for organizing Computer classes for students from class 5 to class 8. Successfully monitored Campaigning on awareness generation for protection and preservation of ecosystems.
