With close to 17 years of HR experience, I have played several roles with significant time being the HRBP role. I currently serve as the Human Resources Business Partner lead for the Engineering organization of Pega and also as the Regional leader for DEIB matters partnering with global teams. I consider myself as a proactive, tech-savvy, trusted advisor and coach to executive level. Throughout my career, I have supporting businesses like Finance, Research, Tax and Technology. This diverse experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of how HR strategy can be tailored to support different business functions and achieve specific objectives. I have led multiple high-impact Talent interventions at a Business Unit level as well as at overall Firm level. I have rich experience with employee retention, performance management, compensation strategy, resource management, creating and delivering learning programs and leadership development, all of which are required for the role. I have had rich exposure to coaching managers, partnering with COEs, and conducting group OD facilitation on team dynamics among others. As part of the DEIB role, I have been instrumental in setting up local chapters of Global ERGs, create local leadership roles, drive year long learning interventions and bring external eminence by front ending awards such as the BCWI (Best Companies for Women in India) in 2022. I am a certified NLP practitioner as well and pursuing coaching certification with ICF as this thoroughly aids to my ability to coach managers and leaders in my role. I was recently awarded the Emerging HR Leader award by Economic Times, 2022, and Best White Paper in NHRDN conference 2023. My involvement in DEIB projects, industry leadership, and mentoring young HR professionals aligns to my focus of deepening value addition to HR fraternity.
