Managing the lifecycle of supplier/customer agreements, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewals, focusing on minimizing risk, ensuring compliance, maximizing value, and maintaining strong vendor and customer relationships to secure goods/services at competitive terms for the organization. Key duties include negotiating pricing, drafting contracts, managing performance, resolving disputes, ensuring adherence to SLAs, managing records, and collaborating with internal teams to align contracts with company goals. Additionally, overseeing warehouse operations from receiving to shipping, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and safety, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with policies, all to meet supply chain demands and business goals. Quality Assurance of the parts, ensure components meet standards, reduce defects, and enhance customer satisfaction, often through a formal Quality Management System (QMS) that includes supplier monitoring, process control, inspection.

Some of the primary responsibilities: • Co-ordinating and prioritizing tasks and workload amongst the team to validate smooth and on schedule progression. • Facilitate communication with Alstom in regards of all the requests and issues that are related to QA. • Supervising daily main activities: Incoming Inspection, Purge and QA logistics. • Preparing and submitting weekly KPIs on activities of the department. • Addressing concerns and block points to management and Alstom. • Ensure all the QA areas are properly maintained, keep the record of calibrated tools and necessary equipment. • Keep an active log of the processes and tasks. • Monitoring and Reporting high value cage materials and customer returned parts. • Coordinate with Alstom regarding material rework, repair, or return to vendor parts. • Daily SAP processes related to QA management.
