As part of the Kernteam, I support the successful delivery of large infrastructure projects within the South region. My responsibilities include providing operational and organisational support, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and ensuring project progress and quality. I work closely with project managers, financiers, grid operators, stakeholders, and market parties to achieve project objectives and deliver within scope, time, and budget.

Led the full ISO27001 implementation and successful certification in a scaling non-profit organisation from the start in April'24 to certification in December '24. This certification is essential for our partnerships with government entities and investors, necessitating the establishment of new processes and ways of working. In addition, I lead a high-performing support team at NewBees, dedicated to delivering operational excellence and facilitating further growth. I also serve as the 'vertrouwenspersoon,' providing confidential support and guidance to all staff.

Supported over 50 high-performing consultants in Lean and Agile methodologies, driving customer-focused problem solving. Managed and improved financial processes and internal controls (AO/IC), including accounting, billability, invoicing, and credit management, along with HR and payroll management. Contributed to and supported the practical execution of marketing, (re)branding, and advertising campaigns for Essent/Innogy. Managed projects, ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with external service providers. Served as the focal point for the HR branding campaign aimed at attracting, retaining, and developing talent. Led the project for the office relocation and successfully initiated new product development for 'fast charging stations.

Restructured and managed the business support organisation for Essent/Innogy in an international context. Led the 'Great Place to Work' initiative and served as Skill Pool Manager for over 60 business support staff. As a member of the Transformation Leadership Team, I was responsible for planning, program design, and organizing high-impact change and transformation engagement events crucial for achieving results. Provided high-quality executive support to the CEO and assistance to the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of Essent/Innogy/RWE, managing critical, highly sensitive, and confidential matters, often in contexts of (near) crisis, M&A, and restructuring activities.

Provided high-quality executive support to the newly appointed Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) following the acquisition, and offered support to the Executive Board (CEO/CFO/COO) of Essent. Developed network and working relationship in the international M&A context. As a member of the Commercial Transformation Leadership Team, I was responsible for planning, program design, and organizing high-impact staff engagement events that were essential for delivering results and synergies, transforming underperforming commercial businesses into profitable and sustainable growth.

Provided high-quality excutive support to the CEO, and a high powered team of traders, coordinating and scheduling time-sensitive conference calls and board-level meetings, as well as organising special events and travel arrangements for top executives, both internal and external. Served as the project lead for relocating Essent Trading's head office from 's-Hertogenbosch (NL) to Geneva (CH). Reorganised and streamlined the executive team’s library and knowledge management system to enhance trading capabilities.

Various commercial roles - Managed key accounts, and provided office-based commercial support to account managers and sales representatives for Canon key accounts. Responsibilities included key account management, visit planning, meeting preparation, and follow-up on action items. Managed inbound customer calls and facilitated problem-solving to ensure customer satisfaction.
