As a Senior Analyst, I took on a more strategic role directly supporting the SCE Leadership — CEO, COO, VPs, Directors — with high-impact analytics, forecasting, and operational governance. I led key business insights across headcount planning, demand–supply analytics, deals impact, financial forecasting, and BU growth projections. I developed Power BI dashboards and executive presentations that supported CXO-level decisions across the four SCE regions. I drove forecast vs actual variance analysis, improved accuracy of BU projections, and ensured alignment across account teams. Additionally, I managed PMO responsibilities including pyramid governance, fresher absorption strategy, MTS operations, leadership reviews, audits, and stakeholder escalations. My focus was on driving clarity, operational discipline, and data-driven strategy across the BU while ensuring seamless interactions between delivery, operations, and leadership.

During my tenure as an Analyst, I supported both the NCE and SCE Business Units across demand management, data analytics, and operational governance. I started with NCE by managing end-to-end demand tracking, coordinating with hiring, operations, and RMG teams, and providing weekly fulfillment insights to leadership. Moving into SCE, I expanded into a broader analytics and business operations role, supporting France, Italy, Spain, and the EU Cluster. I worked on building dashboards, validating data, tracking roll-offs, attrition, and demand–supply movements, and preparing leadership MIS reports. I contributed to workforce planning, forecasting, and BU performance analysis while also supporting PMO activities such as MTS, fresher absorption, resource coordination, and weekly business reviews. My role strengthened operational efficiency and improved leadership decision-making through accurate and timely analytics.

During my internship with Shubham Nari Shakti Mahila Kalyan Samiti, I had the incredible opportunity to delve into the world of supply chain management and make a meaningful impact. Over the course of two months, I gained valuable insights into the intricacies of the field and contributed to the organization's mission of empowering women. Throughout my internship, I actively engaged in various aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, logistics, and inventory management. I worked closely with the team to streamline processes, optimize operations, and ensure efficient delivery of goods and services. During my internship at ELEATION, I had the opportunity to work in the field of Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) and gained valuable insights into the industry. As a CAE intern, I was entrusted with responsibilities that allowed me to contribute to the company's projects and showcase my skills in the field. Throughout my internship, I worked closely with experienced engineers and collaborated on various tasks related to CAE analysis and simulations. I quickly familiarized myself with industry-standard software and tools, applying them to real-world engineering problems. My responsibilities included performing finite element analysis (FEA), conducting structural and thermal simulations, and optimizing designs for improved performance. During my internship at Saveetha Engineering College as the Team Captain of the Infernos 5.0, I had the privilege of leading a talented group of individuals in the creation of a Baja vehicle. With my strong leadership skills and a passion for engineering, our team achieved remarkable success. As the Team Captain, I effectively organized and coordinated team activities, ensuring that everyone was assigned tasks suited to their strengths. I fostered a collaborative environment that promoted open communication, innovation, and problem-solving. By empowering team members to take ownership of their responsibilities, I facilitated a sense of ownership and accountability.
