I help organizations understand why they become fragile under complexity—and how to redesign the systems that keep reproducing that fragility.My work focuses on decision rights, delegation structures, and performance systems in founder-led, bureaucratic, and institutionally constrained environments. I combine systems thinking, Critical Realism, Soft Systems Methodology, and Theory Of Constraints Thinking Processes to move beyond diagnosis toward mechanism-based intervention design—making change more traceable, auditable, and repeatable.My research centers on three connected themes: founder dependence and institutional fragility, delegation and systemic trust, and performance alignment in complex industrial systems. Across these themes, I am interested in how organizations can move from dependence on individuals toward more robust forms of delegated authority, coordinated performance, and institutionalized learning.My professional background spans industrial engineering, production, productivity improvement, planning, and large-scale operations across manufacturing and energy contexts. That experience gives me both field exposure and research depth in organizational design and systemic intervention.I welcome research collaboration, academic exchange, and design-focused partnerships in complexity, governance, delegation, performance systems, and systemic intervention.
