- Study and identify local and global suppliers for materials and services the company is keen in procuring. - Worked with suppliers to develop strategic sourcing plans and make appropriate recommendations to the company’s Procurement Manager. - Prepare and issue prequalification documents for all potential suppliers and service providers to client/consultant. - Analyze and evaluate purchasing requisitions to ensure clarity and completeness in description of materials. - Prepare and issue requests for quotations to qualified vendors as per company's approved vendor list. - Prepare Comparison Sheets related to project specifications, project total quantities, price, delivery conditions and mode of transportation to enable supplier selection and decision making. - Prepare and isssue material approval submittals to client/consultant as per project specifications.- - Prepare & issue purchase orders in accordance with selected suppliers, price and technical specifications with reference to estimated project quantities upon coordinating with the concerned departments (Planning, QS, Cost Control, & Project Management). - Monitoring and seeing through all purchase orders and service/supply agreements by processing all related invoices. - Generate reports using company inhouse systems and MS- Excel for the Purchase requisitions, RFQ's, and PO's. - Generate various standard and customized reports for delivered quantities, issued quantities, and store stock available at the time of the reports as per management requirement. - Allocate team members based on competency to maximize efficiency of day-to-day issuance and receival of items in all warehouses. - Confirm materials' receival to warehouses in good conditions and call for QC inspections of consignments to guarantee satisfactory levels of quality for all materials. - Set up thresholds and triggers for consumables and permanent materials and guarantee all required materials are received on time and issued without delays.

Key Achievements: ● Performed all duties as Cost Control Engineer within Controls department of a 15 million USD construction project. Main Responsibilities: ● Generate comprehensive cost reports for whole project/department/task as required by management. ● Manage project overheads while maintaining balanced inflow/outflow of resources as budgeted. ● Manage saving/loss account for all tasks in a report monitoring productivity of whole project. ● Facilitate material procurement matching project specifications to choose best deals from suppliers. ● Classify credit/debit notes of material requisitions and subcontracted works according to team in-charge.
