During the internship at BeC Prodotti Naturali as an R&D Formulation Specialist, a passion for blending science with creativity truly came alive. The focus was on developing innovative cosmetic formulations that not only met but exceeded quality standards. A highlight was optimizing fragrance profiles for cosmetic emulsions which significantly enhanced sensory appeal; feedback showed a 20% increase in consumer satisfaction. Additionally, reformulating two flagship products led to a remarkable 30% improvement in their performance metrics. This experience also involved ensuring regulatory compliance throughout the development process—an essential aspect that reduced potential compliance issues by half during product launches. During my internship at Todaco, I gained practical experience in pharmaceutical quality control and analytical testing. My work included: >Instrumental analyses with Headspace HPLC, GC–MS, FT-IR, IR spectroscopy, optical rotation, and LOD testing, >Physicochemical evaluations such as pH, conductivity, turbidity, total hardness, nitrate/nitrite analysis, TOC, and assay methods for active pharmaceutical ingredients, >Quality assessments of raw materials, purified water systems, and finished products under GMP standards, >Documentation and compliance activities to ensure alignment with pharmacopeial (USP/BP) requirements. This internship allowed me to develop expertise in instrumental analysis, expand my knowledge of regulatory frameworks, and build strong foundations in pharmaceutical quality assurance and GMP practices.

Pursuing a multidisciplinary Master’s degree combining scientific, regulatory, and practical expertise in the cosmetic field.
