I manage and lead a team of communications subject matter experts. I am responsible for the health, welfare, morale, training, professional development, and discipline of my team. I plan, resource, execute, and assess training. I am accountable for over $2 million of Army assets and equipment and ensure regular maintenance is conducted on it. I ensure my unit is ready to deploy at a moments notice and can conduct any and all missions assigned. Signal Responsibilities: - Provide critical data, voice, and Line-of-Sight (LOS) communications - Responsible for WIN-T network, satellite, and terrestrial-based communications - Provides Command, Control, Communications, Computer, and Information (C4I) for a brigade size element - Responsible for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the Primary JNN Package, CPN Package, Ku and Ka satellite systems, High-Capacity Line-of-Sight (HCLOS) radio systems, three generators, thirteen vehicles

* Designs high-voltage network security equipment in accordance to customer’s requirements, ensuring the highest quality and affordable price * Increased efficiency on the assembly line by 11% in 2013 by providing pre-assembled hardware kits and grease-free sheet metal parts * Advised current customers (PSE&G and Consolidated Edison) on transportation solutions, leading to decrease in delivery times by 40% since 2010 * Re-negotiated contracts worth $100k+, saving company 17% annually since 2013
