I work as SDET in Platform/Infrastructure team which are mix of SWEs,SREs and SDETs. My role is to spread the idea that quality is a team responsibility than a single person to all of our engineers.Also I help define the standards of QA and develop QA infrastructure which makes the lives of engineers easy w.r.t maintaining quality standards in our product . Contributed to CI/CD processes using GitHub Actions and GitLab for continuous deployment. Led contract testing using PACT to ensure high-quality service delivery. Conducted workshops on testing best practices, fostering a quality-conscious culture. Involved in hiring, technical interviews, and mentoring of new engineers. Some tools and technologies that I work with are Makefiles, Shell scripting ,Gitlab, Docker, Java, JavaScript, Cypress ,TestCafe,Serenity, Cypress,Postman ,Pact.

I am working as a Test Automation Engineer in one of the Agile development teams of the software product.I am responsible for ensuring the quality of the product (Angular based application) by maintaining integration tests and also developing new integration tests for quick feedback for our team owned services.Also I am responsible for the monitoring of the Continuous Integration Pipeline. Everyday I work with Protractor,Mocha,Chai,Jasmine,GIT,Microsoft Azure,Teamcity,Octopus,SQL Server Management Studio.

• Set up governance framework for Test Automation and share it with all the vendor teams. • Created Automated End to End tests using CA DevTest tool which involves validating application’s front end to integration between other applications and also validation against Data base. • Automated SOAP Based web services for downstream system validations using CA DevTest. • Created Virtual Services with the help of CA DevTest tool for unavailable/high cost downstream systems to aid in End to End Test Automation and reduce SLA time. • Up scaled all the vendor teams on CA DevTest tool for creation of Automated Tests. • Coordinate with multiple vendor teams based in different locations for improving the quality of automated scripts and efficiently managing test automation with CA DevTest tool. • Created Way of working document on creating tests and virtual services with CA DevTest tool. • Delivered POC for XML Validation against XSD and WSDL for another department in KPN. • Working on POC for integrating CA DevTest with Jenkins to achieve Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.

• Actively Involved in Test Scenarios/Cases creation and Test Execution, Creation of Test Data and data sheet, maintaining project related documents like Test Plan, Test Data Characteristics, Requirement Traceability Matrix and Defect Log. Attending calls with the client. • Responsible for complete automation of REST web services using CA DevTest for regression Testing and other automation related initiatives. Created 173 scripts so far. • Created Automation Master Regression Suite which covers 291 services/entities and executed ~3000 test cases together in single iteration • Worked on Authorization initiative aimed at solving the problem of frequent test data changes during testing of Client Authorization Scenarios, resulting in failure of test cases. This involves preparing RTM and Test Data characteristics for 291 services/entities and also data setup and maintenance of scripts. • Actively leading a team of 4 members • Prepared Documentation on API Automation using CA LISA and provided various KT Sessions to the new joiners to the team • Learned basic concepts of Service Virtualization through Request Response Pairs using CA DevTest.
