With over 2.5 years of experience in Production Planning and Control at JSW Steel, I have optimized workflows, improved efficiency, and collaborated across departments to enhance supply chain operations. My role involved developing and managing production schedules, coordinating procurement for timely material sourcing, and implementing data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency. I also ensured compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards while maintaining cost control. By analyzing production data, I contributed to identifying bottlenecks and streamlining processes, resulting in measurable improvements in supply chain performance.
