My master’s thesis focused on Lean Management: Leadership and Respect for People, exploring the human and leadership aspects of continuous improvement. - Assisted in monitoring and following up on improvement projects in alignment with the Operational Excellence Roadmap. - Supported in measuring progress and evaluating results of improvement initiatives to ensure continuous performance enhancement. - Contributed to the deployment of 5S projects and participated in organizing and conducting monthly audits. Participated in the rollout of continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. - Helped monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assisted in developing corrective and preventive action plans. - Took part in leading and facilitating improvement workshops on the shop floor. - Coordinated with cross-functional departments to support Kaizen, Kanban, and other Lean-related activities. - Assisted in carrying out audits related to industrial performance evaluation and process optimization.
