- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the European region, from role intake to offer negotiation and onboarding - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and set clear hiring strategies and timelines - Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, providing market insights, talent availability data, and guidance on hiring decisions - Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for technical and niche roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping - Conduct candidate screening and interviews, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment - Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, ensuring structured feedback and timely decision-making - Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through clear communication and consistent engagement throughout the hiring process - Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies, including selection, onboarding, performance tracking, and contract negotiation - Optimize agency usage to balance cost, speed, and quality of hires - Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, consistency, and scalability of recruitment operations - Leverage ATS and recruitment tools to track pipelines, generate reports, and improve hiring visibility - Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to support business growth and workforce planning

Responsabilities: - Actively sourcing and identifying candidates via headhunting, networking and proactive search; - Analyzing the resumes received from applicants and interviewing candidates. - Participating to recruitment events and identifying new opportunities to increase the brand awareness; - Involved in organizing internal and external events; - Offering support in end-to-end recruitment for various IT positions; - Monitors the job market movements and proposes recruitment strategies accordingly; - Being involved in promo campaign for our recruitment projects, using a mix of specialized tools and channels.
