-Handle shipment America ,Canada,Europe and Asia end to end -Submit AMS,ACI,ISF,AFR. -Ensure a smooth booking, documentation and invoicing process - Preparing shipping documents (Bill of lading, Invoice, PO, P/L, COA, etc.) - Co-ordinate with carrier/co-loader, customer, overseas office to move cargo as planned. -Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from customer requirements. -Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner and according to regulations and internal procedures

-Handle customer enquiries & customer shipments from booking -Release to cargo arrival at destination and follow up clearance progress with oversea. - Creates bookings with program CW1.
