A successful business is one that manages its people and processes optimally. People want to stay because a team feels like a family and processes that don't fail even if they slow down occasionally. This is a defining statement for me and my style of work. The culmination of everything I have learned over my 9 years of experience working with great leaders and colleagues. I've learned a lot from the mistakes I've made while intentionally dipping my toes in different aspects of a business and then mastered the best practices to swim to the shores of success. I have experience in business strategy and marketing, quality management, UI/UX design, logistics planning and management, partner management, project management and process improvement. As I build my career I will start to narrow down on my core capabilities to strengthen them. However, I will always be a life long learner that is always on the hunt for more knowledge and responsibilities to grow myself and others around me.
