Started as a Management Trainee to become HR Leader, this journey taught me something I still live by: growth begins when curiosity meets courage. For over two decades, I’ve partnered with leaders across industries and geographies to shape people strategies that drive performance, purpose, and culture. From teams of 500 to organizations of 41,000+, my work has always focused on one belief — when people thrive, businesses do too. I’ve built HR functions from the ground up, supported global clients through BOT models, led transformation journeys, and championed Diversity & Inclusion. My experience spans Automotive, Oil and Gas, Telecom, IT- Financial Services, Manufacturing, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain across Asia Pacific and Europe, shaped by an Army upbringing and a passion for sports that instilled discipline, resilience, and teamwork. Recognitions like the MD’s Award at Tata Motors and the Tata Group Innovation Award have been milestones along the way, but impact has always been the real measure. As Helen Keller said, “Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all.” For me, that adventure is building organizations where people grow, cultures align, and business finds its best self.
