As an TAB Executive Board Member and STEM Lead at the ALIVE Center, I’ve had the chance to grow as a leader while creating opportunities for other young people to do the same. I help plan and lead programs that encourage youth to express themselves, think creatively, and explore new interests. I’ve hosted summer camps like STEAMtastic Innovators and Imagination Station, giving kids a space to be curious, imaginative, and confident. I also organized our annual STEM Exploration Day, an event for 300–400 K–8 students & family, where I connected with vendors and community members to bring hands-on learning to life. One of the most meaningful parts of my role is leading sessions for fellow teen board members, where I’ve shared what I’ve learned about leadership, collaboration, and stepping outside your comfort zone. This experience has shaped who I am — as a leader and community member.

Support the day-to-day operations of a family-owned jewelry business, assisting in live event sales, packaging and fulfilling online orders, and providing customer service. Help maintain inventory organization and contribute to a smooth, friendly customer experience at shows and markets.

As an executive board member in NCL, I’ve had the opportunity to grow into multiple leadership roles while giving back to my community and contributing to our Class of 2026’s growth and connection. I've rotated through roles including President, VP of Philanthropy, VP of Leadership, and now serve as VP of Culture. Over the years, I’ve earned 160+ philanthropy hours and 34+ leadership hours, volunteering with a range of nonprofit partners and leading initiatives that build confidence, empathy, and connection. I've led conversations around influential women, self-confidence, and team collaboration — all while encouraging others to bring their voices and ideas forward. Through every role, I’ve learned how to speak up, collaborate, and make space for others to do the same.
