Recently joined AAFT Noida as a Human Resources Intern, where I am gaining hands-on exposure to core HR functions. My role involves supporting the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, and HR operations while learning practical aspects of people management and organizational processes. Key Responsibilities: Assisting in recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, and interview coordination Supporting onboarding and maintaining employee records Assisting with HR documentation and administrative tasks Coordinating with teams to support smooth HR operations This internship is helping me strengthen my communication skills, understand HR processes, and gain practical industry exposure.

Assisted in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Maintained employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files. Shadowed the HR in resolving organizational conflicts. Assisted in effective policy implementation. Possess effective communication and cross-cultural communication skills with confidence in interacting across all levels.
