-Support and trial New Models, New machine and New assembly line -Designing Jig & Fixture support and trial. -Analyze and reduce defective in the process -Preventive maintenance for the machine,tool,Jig & Fixture -Controlling and monitoring machine downtime improving equipment efficiency. MTBF, MTTR , OEE -Controlling the use of spare part at optimum as well as zero spare part shortage. -Preparing related drawings engineering documentation and technical report -Meeting and following up on deadlines and KPIs to ensure the project is completed on time. -Work Request for repair notification to fix problems when machine failure. -Support audit from internal and External IATF 16949 ISO 14001 and Safety Audit.
