• Managing end to end supply chain mainly from Sourcing, MRP, material ordering, logistics arrangements, material follow up & receipt, inventory control, GRN process to payments. • Sourcing & procurement of Engineering and commercial plastics, NAC rubber wood, PVC, Masterbatches, Pigment, moulds, electronics, Packaging items, Chemicals, paints/inks, springs, axles, fasteners etc., from both import & domestic sources as per EN standards. • Negotiating with the suppliers to meet our target prices, credit terms & follow up with them to get the materials on time. • Developing of alternative local sources for imported raw materials which helps in cost saving. • Performing supplier evaluation based on various criterions such as quality, technology improvement rate, timely delivery and credit terms. • Coordinate with the supplier & quality team to track on material quality, acceptance, rejections & CAPA. • Conducting monthly review meeting with suppliers to discuss the issues like quality, delivery variance, delay, pending orders, continuous improvement. • Ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve cost savings without hampering the production • Preparing the MIS (Management Information System) such as Daily report, monthly report, cost analysis & saving reports, supplier analysis reports & inventory analysis reports etc.

• Preparing the (M.R.P) material requirement planning and ensuring that plans are aligned with project requirements • Preparing master schedule, detail engineering activity schedule, tracking & rescheduling. • Verifying 2D’s, Bill of materials and validation. • Procurement of bought out parts, raw materials (Steel, Copper, brass & Aluminium, Plastic commodity), HRS, Maintenance spares & consumables. • Making Purchase order (in ERP) as per requirements & timely issuance of PO’s to suppliers to meet the customer order requirements. • Establishing and implementing the minimum & maximum quantity of consumables to reduce the holding cost and to reduce the freight charges. • Responsible for material receipt & issues to tool room • Maintaining effective material reconciliation statement between all the sub-contract items on monthly basis.
